I think that we have all had incredibly frustrating interactions with customer service just like this. What I want to know is … HOW DO I RECORD MY HORRIBLE INTERACTIONS AND POST THEM FOR THE WORLD TO HEAR??? And is it legal to record customers service calls like this??? It certainly would make interacting with customer service people a lot more satisfying …
