At the behest of his parents, eighth grader, Greg, started keeping a journal. The work he created resulted in The Diary of a Wimpy Kid (a book that is in our collection, but which I haven't read). The sequel, Diary of A Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules. Is, however, a hilarious read all on its own. In large handwritten type print, Greg keeps us abreast of the goings on in his humdrum, yet very engaging life. A great quick summer read for young adults and those who like books aimed at young adults.
